These fresh, mild goat cheeses are handmade on the farm in the French tradition, using milk from our prize-winning herd of happy dairy goats.
The first cheese we made back in 1976 was our Classic Fresh Chevre, still a customer favorite, and a versatile cheese that can be incorporated into exotic, gourmet meals, or enjoyed at a backyard barbecue.
Over the years we have created a variety of fresh chevres that are now found in gourmet shops and restaurants throughout New England.
