1 - Chevrotin , 1 LB Lightly pressed, washed rind, goat's milk. Aged 3 weeks to several months.

1 - Natural Tomme, approx. 4 oz, goat's milk. Aged several weeks.

1 - Marinated Tomme, approx. 4 oz, marinated in olive oil and herbs, goat's milk. Aged several weeks.

Also included in each Gift Sampler is a Seal Cove Farm goat-shaped pin,
