Our farmstead cheeses are handcrafted in the French tradition, using only the milk from the goats on our Maine farm. We also offer a new line of mixed milk (goat's milk and cow's milk), and an organic cow's milk cheese from a local farm.

Goat's Milk Feta

Fresh goat cheese, also known as chevre.

~ AGED CHEVRES ~

Pyramides

Natural or Ash-Coated

Bricks

Blueberry, Cranberry, or Walnut-Filled

Tommes

Natural or w/Juniper

Aged chevre: pyramides. Chevre bricks with blueberry, cranberry, or pecan. Aged chevre: tommes.

~ MIXED MILK CHEESES ~

"Olga"

Raw cow & goat milk blend with semi-hard, washed rind. Aged over 60 days.

"Pearl"

Pastureized cow & goat milk blend with bloomy rind.
Similar to a chaorce, which is a member of the Brie family.

"Moo Maine "

Fresh organic cow's milk cheese from a local farm.
Contains garlic and herbs.
(Available only at our farm stand or in stores.)

Tomme

Pastureized cow & goat milk blend. Aged.

a member of the Maine Cheese Guild, and a member of the American Cheese Society.
